Mediclaim facility is good than other corporates.

Looking at the brand like Aditya Birla. People join the company with big aspirations. But the reality is the basic culture of the company is not good. There is no work life balance. Senior management is not at all kind of empathic. Abusive language is used on the floor and team meetings.People don't get growth based on their performance or skill set but with personal relationship with their seniors. No growth parth no future learning and development path. Employees with 5+ years at senior level have fabulous salary and not worried about their growth.
