Compensation is good enough but when one has to work extra hours then it doesn't get noticed or even appreciated which is really disheartening. They no doubt listen to your suggestions but management only do what they really wanted to which undoubtedly can make anyone to take back their suggestions. There is no OJT for the freshers,hence they have to learn on their own or they can take guidance from their seniors, which might be a pain for some. Few seniors, are like they can ask anyone to do anything at anytime and they also expect juniors to follow the professional ethics though they can't do same, but I guess, seniors are supposed to be like this only. 😂LOL.!! Though there are dislikes but then also, I would recommend to join Adeptia if you want comfortable environment, flexible working hours, more hike than the others because there are pros & cons everywhere. Company is good for freshers as there is a lot of things to learn . Job Security is also there as many people are working for more than 10 year or right from the starting
