Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. In the period of full lockdown co. supported all their employees by paying some percentage of salary

Internal communications are very poor and not aggressive to support dealers requirements, very poor despatch against order, hence ultimately, dealers / customers are not satisfied with co. The marketing employees become frustrated .

Work Details

I was joined as a territory manager and due to too poor despatch system, and careless behaviour for dealers, soon lost my good relationship with dealers and ultimately the response of dealers become dead. I compelled to leave the organisation.
