Guys don't ever join this company, it was my biggest mistake I joined, but please guys you don't do same mistake. I was working as a sales executive, after 4 months they forcefully asked me to resign because they were closing that particular vertical. I had to resign, manager keeps giving us threats that if I don't resign she will terminate me. No management they don't start batch on given date, so many complaints from subscriber but they pay attention to it they just want revenue nothing else, no employee friendly policy nothing is there. There are no good points for this company if you want to make your life hell with work pressure and no appreciation from your manager. You want to make you life hell then join this company.

No work-life balance, Canteen food is horrible, No support from colleagues, TL and MANAGER are come to office just for time pass, No proper training given to a new employee, they gave 4 days of work to complete and the you have to complete in one day. As per internal discussion, this company will soon be ramping down. If you are notdoing job from last 1 year then you can take a risk but if have other other in-hand then I am requesting you.
