Company is so unstructured due to multiple reports update in system making work un productive , employees working but have no control Lack of coordination , no defined role , resources are inappropriate too much pressure, too much politics inside the team members , few employees are so arrogant if you also talk to them in same manner will take it on their ego and will stop focusing on their actual work rather will put their efforts to downfall that person. It's a group of good people. Employers are approachable and friendly. Employees are cooperative. The best part is townships with all amenities, safe and secure.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
