People are helpful, work pressure is upto the person - take it and shine or leave it and stay put. Ethical environment, and a culture of safety, ethics and hard work. It goes without saying that above experience is relevant to the department which I served and is not necessary indicative of all group companies or even departmentd within a company.

Dislikes

Only issue is the slow career progression and lack of growth opportunities which has become a norm for Indian growth driven companies. Although I would like to reiterate that above experience of mine is limited to the business unit and department I worked in and is not representative of the entire group companies.

Work Details

Depends on the individual. If one is willing to learn and stay back late, they can. And if they wish for a 9-6 job, they are open to do so, ofcourse with relevant impact on their Career growth. It is difficult to balance both due to the understaffings.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
