- It’s joy to work in Adani Gas (Flexible timing from 9:30AM to 11:00AM; so you can plan according to your convenience). - some policies are very well designed. - Job security. - On time salary. - Policies (Loan Policy, Employee get together policy, etc.) are very well designed.

- Salary structure (Uneven salary structure) and Designations (not as per the deserving candidates/experience, etc.). - benefited to GET’s and MT’s comparatively to experienced employees. -Some policies required revision as per the current rate (Mobile reimbursement policy, Local expense, etc.) -Poor HR leadership (It will change asper the HR head). -Only 10 public holidays are provided by the company.
