So I gave an interview here. Everything went well but all of a sudden when I had my last round with the CTO, she asked me a very stupid question that had nothing to do with my skills. I mean it was just a casual conversation going on and the interview did not even begin. Then, it started and we were both having a discussion. The weird part is that she did not have patience to take the interview or ask questions. Felt like she was in a hurry to reject me then and there. I mean she is the CTO but who has given her the right to treat people like this? I believe that they need to understand that is someone has applied for a job, probably they have the experience to do so. Please don't ask questions that do not make sense. And, do not give false hope to anyone. Also, this is not how it ends. The CTO, her name is Sunita/Sumita, whatever. She is something else only. But their staff is also the same. The HR got in touch with me, gave me hope, and then disappeared. They got a test done from me, like the whole homepage, approved it, and then never came back only. I mean the audacity. I never really write reviews but this experience was horrible. These people are mad. They ask irrelevant questions nothing to do with my skills. Guys, grow up! Googled is there for a reason. You need to let go of your old-school thoughts. Who asks word meanings from a content writer? No, I'm not a thesaurus. Mad people. Don't work with them.. they are absolutely crazy.

Everything. Its a terrible place to work. Top management is too bad. All sorts of dirty politics will be going on all the time. No appreciation is provided. No skill advancement is there. They donot value your work.

Adaan sells them as a company of freedom fighter but they expect you to function like their pet. 1. They would take extensive interview rounds -- a CAT-like assignment with a minimum of 80% for you to pass. 2. They'll tell you that they would offer you 50k in a telephonic conversation and at the final discussion they would bargainto settle on 23k. P.S. They won't tell you they are also adding variable deductions in this salary matrix. It would only be mentioned on the day of joining. 3. On the first day of joining, you would be asked to read 1000 documents and give your paper withing 1 week and score 8-9. 4. For 1 week, you would be required to sit in an isolated white room with mirrors and you would be not allowed to use your phone or eat lunch with anyone. 5. After passing this 1 week, you would be shifted to the floor. Then, you would be handed over 40 folders of project material that you have to read and give the paper of... AGAIN!! Till you score 80%. 6. Daily 4-5 stand-ups and meetings would be there and they'll lecture you to be punctual, to speak and write in English (and will take reference to which English Grammar book you used in 8 10 class for providing you with daily classes of speaking). 7. Only 30 30-minute break is allowed, you are not allowed to exceed it. 8. You can't carry your phone inside the office. 9. They can call you anytime, on any day for their work. Whether it be 8 or 9 PM on Saturday. 10. They also make you work on 26 January. 11.
