Frankly telling no work culture here people work in the 1000BC culture. No provision of PF no ESIC and employment in on contractual basis for one year so you are not an permanent employee of the organisation.

Dislikes

No provision of Leave encashment...limited holidays ...no employee welfare activities..no trainings and development....no sop's of work all work done in paper .
