It feels like a hostile work environment; employees are pitted against each other. My boss is rude and condescending. I dread going to work every day. Team meetings are unproductive, filled with complaints and no actionable outcomes.

I've seen too many capable individuals overlooked for promotions due to petty politics. There’s little to no support for professional development; management seems indifferent to growth.

I have worked for them as an associate technical professional. They have good compensation and benefits. His thoughtful and caring managers and good engineers to learn them. I enjoyed my experience over there. However, their business of consulting led to inconsistent workflow, sometimes high stress, and other times very slow.

The environment is so competitive that it hinders collaboration and learning. The work environment is toxic, and management is unresponsive to employee concerns. Constant crises created by poor planning make work unbearable.
