I worked at Acsia Technologies as a Senior Engineer for 2.10 years. The project experience was positive, with opportunities to work on technically interesting tasks. The overall work environment was decent, and the project exposure helped me improve my technical skills.

Dislikes

Despite the good project experience, there were several downsides. Recognition and learning opportunities were minimal and salary hikes were not provided, which was quite demotivating. The management and HR attitude during my resignation was particularly unprofessional. I resigned due to genuine medical reasons, but instead of understanding my situation, they showed rude behavior. During the final settlement, they denied leave encashment, citing incomplete notice period service, without prior communication. I didn't like this company because of the poor management inside the company. They are just ruining the best part of the career of freshers by not providing much opportunities to learn and most of the managers are biased to their favourite guys when it comes to assign some new roles. There is no proper skill development program. There is no proper project management. And guys on top of the company roams around the world and chilling at hotels and visiting the expos with the money saved by laying off the employees without giving a proper reason....Read More
