If youre looking for a job out here l, it's just a toxic environment to work here. Right from the CEO to the team leaders everyone are a b*llsh*t. I know sales is a tough job. But these people make that tough job to toxic one. All matters to them is money you bring through sales and they don't pay you properly-color: #fff5e4;">. Even after you finish your internship also if you're looking for a full time they won't pay you the same that mentioned in offer letter</mark>. Instead they'll change it to lesser one only. If you wanted to know how stupid is this company just check "Ambition box" a portal for corporate companies work environment reviews. So there will be some genuine more than 100 reviews, where in here these people can edit or delete google reviews but in there these people cannot. Only positive thing in Acmegrade is their workspace and building with great interior. But the people out there are toxic. Not a good place to work at all instead of this you can work in a call center and get paid well. If you're college is bringing this one as a campus placement it's just a stupid move. Acmegrade is just good for stealing one's owned hardwork. Just screw them and their stupid company. And yes these people ask your original documents to submit at first and later blackmail you if you wanted to leave. They don't even return your documents that easily again. There is nothing good about this company. Be jobless than working here. Complete useless company.

Dislikes

A genuine advise to the freshers who are planning to join this company "Do not join this company". It is better to stay jobless than working here. Work life balance,work culture, behaviour of people, work pressure, overtiming, rude behaviour, baseless alligations are daily thing of this company</mark>. If you are joining as an intern you have 5% chance of getting stipend. Basically they think making sales is a skill and you have to make sales for them no matter what. All of the peoples are full of shit here. Work depression is a common thing for freshers here. Do not fall in trap by their fake Goole ads or fake reviews or their good looking offer letter. They do not have any company ethics. The higher people here will do whatever they want to do. If you complain about them to your college they will take strict action against you. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
