I have been working since 2014 as safety officer but didn't find any of the employees and management to adhere the EHS policy. There's no safety culture in theirs project.

Dislikes

Most of the employees are vantage and trying to less respect new employees. They haven't more littered supervisors & Site-In- charge.

Every thing is okay, nothing like that i believed communication is the one of important factor that help in solving problem. if is it, then there is no any dislike/ misunderstanding occurs during working with any company.
