Teammates are good, ready to help anytime, any department, working environment is also good overall. Someone who just cares about work and nothing else can survive here.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No job security at all, no appraisal, growth is also very slow. High work pressure. Politics by the upper management full time. Don't involve too much into other's work then only you can survive.

Honestly, there were times when i used to sit idly at the office and do nothing and sometimes it used to be very hectic.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
