the boy with a sliver spoon ruining the company culture. just because of a foreign degree doesn't makes you a good director. overall most pathetic person is the HR manager, doesn't even know how to differentiate / deal with labor & official persons. the management has eyes all over the place (you feel like working in a big boss show CAMERAS every where except the toilets) no working ethics</mark>. office culture is just worst, accounts persons has ruined all the working culture no time limit they sit from factory opening to closing. Yes, I think,,, Career growth is not good. just becouse, you will not get chance to learn something. you will not get to comunicate with management. Than, how can you get career growth.
