Terrible and failed management, compensation for engineers is very poor and looks like compensation for daily wage worker even with 5+ years experience as engineer, not good company to stay for more than 3 years after joining as fresher, recommend experienced engineers to stay away from joining ace designers.some senior employees are here to enjoy and not work, looks like a retirement home policy for few people.There is no proper communication between various departments.Ridiculous HR policies and poor management will bring this company to brink of extinction....Read More
