Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Growth is slow and the work pressure always high. Head of R&D department is very rude in nature and he didn't capable to support project team because due to lack of knowledge (Qualification of R&D head is B. Tech in EC) and every month salary delay is major issues and infrastructure is so bad and rules regulation also bad.
