I have worked in this organisation for 10 months, got to learn a lot of things but the overall experience was very bad. The management was horrible and job security was 0 over there. There is a lot of politics and when I address my issue, they asked me to get out in such a way that no one can say anything against them. I used to work for 12-13 hours a day but wasn't getting the proper compensation for that. In my attendance sheet there were 2 week off which i was supposed to get on Saturdays and Sundays but i used to get only 1. Work Details

There were no personal life left, i used to work for 12-13 hours 6 days a week. As because i raised a concern about my work life balance, they asked me to get out saying "I can keep Interns at your place lesser than your salary"

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
