Disgusting culture, Favourism culture, only Jobs of HOD's are secure, Junior team members are considerd as trash. HOD are very helpful during the joining but after some months new joinesrs will get to know their original side. During appraisal HOD will sit like a raccon in the directors cabin hiding themselves from their team members and try to hide all the hard work employee has done. During one to one discusion with HOD, they will make you feel like you have done a termendous job and when the final time for appraisal comes they changes sides with the directors and leave their team aloof and demotivate them with director by revising the targets on the spot which is not at all realistic and threaten the employees by saying that they will reduce the salaries if the unrealistic on spot revised target is not achived. Very toxic company to work with, please do not join this company because one will have a very bad impact about the private work culture. They are linient with the leaves and follow the protocol actively. However lately they have been deducting leaves in case of you having to take leave because you are Covid positive. So that is very sad and inhuman of them in tackling the Covid 19 situation
