The promotors are very gentle in behavior. Their doors are always open for employees above deputy managers. They always welcome new ideas.

I had a strong aversion to the VP power plant as was a very rough tough person. He demoralizes his subordinates. He was a dictator. The attrition rate drastically increase with entry of this man.
