The salary was mostly on time, and if you are lucky enough to get a good project you can earn an incentive but the chances of it are 15%.

Dislikes

They hide company policies!!. Yes, you heard it correctly At the time of the interview they will not tell Lag policy. You will come to know about it when you will see your deducted salary slip after a month. No appreciation for hard work, low-margin business, and very less increments every year. You will be terminated suddenly without any notice at the end of the month without giving any salary. My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
