I am from Bihar. I have been working in abp network for 7 years (Ahmedabad). 2 managers changed in 7 years. The two managers who were earlier used to rate all the employees who came in them according to their work. But right now our new manager, he sees who is close to HOD, he belongs to his cast. You have done good work throughout the year, it does not matter, only in February and March, your kRA is decided. And nothing good is going to happen to the non-Gujaratis here....Read More
