1) No management. 2) They will play with your future. I'm requesting experience people please dont join they will make you to suffer hell 3) They dont have clients & their product is full of bugs 4) Day by day the rules & HR policies get change according to employee 5) You can trust anyone but dont trust small height people - This sentence is very true. He will come at 11:30AM & he will go at 9:30PM & he forces all employees stay till midnight those who even come morning 9:00, those who stay are good even thought they work or not, even though they will do timepass, those who do not stay are very bad according to him and he will not tell you, he will directly go to HR (who is managing company operation) cabin raised complaint, do not understand the situations of employees. 6) They will fire you at any moment please be aware & follow 5th point those who dont have life outside office 7) Requirement they will say by words next time if you show they will say i didnt said that, please do change fast 8) Every six months they fire 2-3 people by complaints of team leads even if they are good at their work 9) Think before joining experience people above all these all points are genuine...Read More
