Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Nothing to like, except employee natures

Dislikes

Overload of work, Gives tension & stress to all employees. No any policies like limited company, company is running as a proprietor itself. Time is very high, almost 11 hours, still how you have to take permission to go home everyday. Very Strict nature of Managing director, you can not talk with single person. have to give each second's work calculation. Worst company I have ever visited. Only get salary on time. Why get salary on time? =They take return money from every employee in cash this is the reason to get salary on time.

No management team. Mo Human resource team nothing is there only an accountant is there to get salary. No job security. If you know good politics then you survive . knowledge/Honesty/experience/education nothing matters in this company.
