The Work that I got to do. The opportunity I got to handle a big project just by myself alone. At the time, with no help around it did get frustrating but thats exactly what pushed my potential 10X times. Now I know I can handle a lot more than required and I work best under pressure. Not everyone at ABEC gets that lucky to experience work this manner.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
