it good to be work here in this company if u r fresher or with less expeirence..

No particular work,time or rest even on sunday.

Work Details

i have been working here since 2017 june,i really got some expeirence how to deal with the client or giving some feedback to the senior engg from my side to bring the progress of the company.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
