Working at ABB is like hell. No work-life balance, no job security, promotions and annual incriments are based on relations with managers not based on performance. No stable role is available, you can get shift to any department anytime without any prior notice. Especially culture for women is so toxic, they just talk about the diversity in many forums but they won't respect womens.
