Worst atmosphere for people who want to achieve their goals. You will get suffocated with their attitude towards engineering.Mindset is all about fooling the stakeholders by providing some solution without having skilled workforce.
Dislikes
-Seniors are not trained on AGILE methodology
-Seniors don't know how to behave professionally
-Seniors are well equipped with political mindset to play around with hardworking intellectual engineers
-The company is more into hire and quiet resignation mode
-HRs are tools of management to mishandle the engineers in the name of company policies
-Only reference works and people from Andra Pradesh and Tamilnadu hire their friends and relatives here
-Interviews are just for namesake and if you know to behave like a fool you will get selected
-Moreover cab facility and HR activities are very poor. Cannot be termed as MNC culture at any level
-Corporate ladders can be climbed only if you know to do politics
-Many talented young force are quitting because of lack of true leadership qualities in managers...Read More
