I really wish there was something I could write here. Thought long and hard but couldn't come up with anything and that speaks volumes about the kind of organization it is.

The work culture is as bad as it gets. The management doesn't care about the well-being of the employees at all. They are always busy pushing their agenda. What makes the whole experience worse is the fact that even after slogging for 14 hours a day, your efforts are not appreciated. They are always trying to find reasons to criticize employees. They have never had a plan in place to address concerns regarding employees' future plans/trajectory in the organization. It baffles me to think that an organization so shallow and selfish spends a shit ton of money in the name of employer branding. That's all there is to it. As per HR norms all things are good by Hr team.Like instantly clearing any issue to the frontline executives.Absolutely fine regarding HR policies .

As per HR norms ,few people are not following by the management team .We were not able to complaint to HR that time.with out completing probation period the management people removed from job.This was effected in my life and carier.My suggestion is if a candidate put resignation below 6 months from joining date please cross check why he resigned and he done resign him self or done by some management people....Read More

Employee fist culture with focus on learning and development

Dislikes

Lot of time is spent in aligning on what the India office is suppose to do vs global counterparts. This leads to redundant work with less impact. Ownership expextation for team here is also low as there is always a counterpart to own the metric.

Abinbev has deteriorated over the years and no longer a safe workplace. The raises are less than 5% with significant layoffs happening across multiple functions with no job security . Work load is a lot with no recognition and overall not a good place to work at
