I really wish there was something I could write here. Thought long and hard but couldn't come up with anything and that speaks volumes about the kind of organization it is.

The work culture is as bad as it gets. The management doesn't care about the well-being of the employees at all. They are always busy pushing their agenda. What makes the whole experience worse is the fact that even after slogging for 14 hours a day, your efforts are not appreciated. They are always trying to find reasons to criticize employees. They have never had a plan in place to address concerns regarding employees' future plans/trajectory in the organization. It baffles me to think that an organization so shallow and selfish spends a shit ton of money in the name of employer branding. That's all there is to it. Less to no recognition if you want to work solely on technical side. People doing less hands on but participating in other engagement activities would get more rewards and recognition. Some employees having 4-5 YoE are promoted to Senior Data Scientist/ Managers and others having 6-7 YoE are still working as DS. No career growth without politics. Some teams have too much work on their plate leading to poor WLB. No clear path for gaining technical expertise. Management focuses on selling the more solutions to the stakeholders rather than building good ones. Managers will ask you to attend more stakeholder calls to get recognition and thus a mover rating. The culture if the company is fine but it depends upon region to region just like every company. The salaries are on time.

Dislikes

The company takes decisions in very haphazard way and there is frequent restructuring every year. Moreover HR shows a very poor function taking no responsibility of interacting with employees and understanding grievances. The travel policies and TADA compensation is 10 years behind.

As per HR norms all things are good by Hr team.Like instantly clearing any issue to the frontline executives.Absolutely fine regarding HR policies .
