Most terrible and worst company to work. Deputation is FTC Engineer but your work is worst than a TPI or a Supervisor. Work is less like an engineer and more like a Customer Care Representative. No holidays except 12 CL in a year. You even have to work on Sundays to achieve the target. No job security, after the Fixed term you'll berelieved from the duties. There is nothing to learn in this company, You'll only come accross office politics. HR has played well in the salary part, there are many deductions in salary after with It becomes hell to survive in the city. Whatever you earn, you will spend in food and accommodation. Company expects you to bring your own bike. In short an FTC Engineer will have no money left at the end of the month as he will be spending all to cover the monthly expenses which leads to frustration....Read More

There is no motivation and appraisal given to the off-role employees there's a lot of discrimination between on-role and off-role. A lot of politics and management doesn't address issues. You will always be judged on your little mistake but you will never get appreciation on your good work. There is no leaves and benefits given to off-role employees. The work is different from the designation for which you will be appointed. It will be barrier for your career to grow you can't enhance your knowledge. If you have highly qualified degree i recommend you to not to join this company for third party payroll. You cannot grow, you will always be on same position and salary as well....Read More
