Learning Experience is the only takeaway. Rest better not said.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No financial growth. Payment uncertainty. They make you work hard but pay you in peanuts. They will likely to breach payment agreements and pay you according to their whims.

Salary - Bad
Job security - Bad
Promotions - Poor

Work-life balance - Poor

Not so pleasant.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
