You will regret for joining. Your salary will be the same for 4 to 5 years. There will be no increment. You will be tagged as Muslim and non-muslim. Infrastructure will be good. May be good for studying. But not a better place to work here. You won't be allowed to concentrate on your career rather you will be given clerical works and works which are not meant for teachers. Students friendly atmosphere. But very pathetic life for teachers. You won't complain about anything, if you are a student. No increment, no recognition and no growth in both professional and personal growth. No health insurance even if u her hurt and taken to hospital from their college ambulance. They will not provide you with salary if u are absent even though you got injured during college hours and inside college....Read More
