Got 3 friends that's the one thing that we I like about aakash

Dislikes

Work culture is not at all flexible, employee care is not there, less salary with lots of work pressure, bad management from the top superiors, No motivation especially from Biji the Regional Branch Head of trivandrum as he always praises only the top performers

The actual work was not done in branch level Head office impliment good policies and work culture but in branch level managers not follow them they use the emplkyees to do thwir own work. We dont know when job will lost. Every day need to check personnel mail also whether we are in the system or not....Read More
