(Aakash is a Brand that's why people like to join it but its old employees either senior and junior are dictators and want work done in their own old ways. Just want business only.) A Very Poor work life balance, Personal life doesn't matters here, No job security as senior always ask to resign if targets are not achieved even you are already doing your best , they don't appreciate. No kindness. High level Politics going on everywhere, overall teammates are good and helping. No refreshment activities employees have to work continuously 12 months with the same pressure and fear of loosing job(Its like they want machines or Donkeys to work.)
