If you are a good manager then it's an easy task to manage things, will get a good Team handling experience. Leading role where you can take your own decisions to bring in business. Salary comes on-time, even in corona.

Dislikes

Working culture is pathetic, no work life balance. Hunger for sales never ends, the better you perform the more targets you will get. No cool off period in entire session, low incentives

Work Details

If you are a performer, you will only get appreciations nothing more than that. Work is easy for someone who can take initiatives for deriving sales. Growth is very slow within the organisation.

Hi everyone, i need suggestion . I got laid off in December because of the manpower optimization. And in March begining Ijoined company and it is a very toxic .
