I joined there March 2023.I don't get, proper sales training,even in the 3rd day of joining i informed to go the open market and leafleting without any speech..They don't provide a team..I logged in 1 file but that is rejected because the branch manager is unable to approve that file,and this is the reason why my connector getting dissatisfied on me and behave very badly...Firstly they need only experienced people who give them business..I am a MBA person I don't deserve this job..They don't know how to talk with a woman.. Now after six months, training manager came and give us a physical training and now,regional hr told me if I can't give business this month then I've to resign otherwise he terminates me.
