Could hardly think of anything positive. The company provided me Computer systems/components at home in order to work from home.

Dislikes

The poor work culture and poorer conduct by the top management. The company is nowhere driven to be focusing on employee benefit or growth. They have poor and unhygenic working environment. They provide low scale employment compensation with strict and hectic time schedule and 6 days working.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
