THERE ARE A LOT OF THING TO LEARN AND EMPLOY ARE FREE FOR WORK. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY WORK LOAD. SALARY PROVIDE ON TIME. I MEAN EXPENSES PROVIDE ON TIME.

Dislikes

A.K.GANDHI IS A GOOD AND BIG COMPANY THEIR OWNER IS NOT GOOD THEY NEVER SHOWS THEIR EMPLOY. EMPLOYS PAYMENT SHOWS AS EXPENSES NOT AS SALARY. AND HARD WORKER AND TIMEPASS WORKER BOTH COMES IN SAME LINE. IF YOU WANT SALARY INCREMENT THEY TAKE 2 YEARS TO TAKE DECISION. AFTER THAT THEY WILL TOLD YOU CONGRATULATION RS.500/- IS INCREASED.

Work Details

I WORKED THERE VERY GOOD ALL EMPLOY ARE GOOD. I NEVER FEEL WORKLOAD THERE.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
