You can have independent Competency in this work culture, you take risk much you get to learn under pressure.

Dislikes

Lack of Appraisal, Working under Circle of Concern rather than Circle of Influence, which limits the new innovative thinking during work, Unwanted/ unwise Bureaucracy make you feel dull some times. there are lot of things etc etc

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
