Being dependent on global markets means 2023 may be a slow year for the company. Nothing. They keep on speaking in Kannada as in all the people outside Karnataka is going to understand. They have created a stupid game of Kitchen Chef and they keep on adding new theme and decor. There is no other product and it seems so stupid for someone to waste a talent on that Stupid Game.

- No work appreciation from manager/lead. - Your inputs are worthless yet they expect some inputs from you. - You will be a slave to dumb seniors. - Forget promotion until you complete 3 years. - 10% variable pay included which you definitely won't get no matter how smart/hard you work.
