Learning is only a plus point: A huge array of pointers on how not to run/manage a company. In terms of ethics, work culture, learning, etc. It is a very fertile ground for researchers (especially, social scientists) to work on why the "corporate culture" is bad named to such an extent. To learn what the cause and come to a probablesolution. For every other aspects mentioned in the bracket above, it very poor. Every single thing. Teammates were extremely judgemental and toxic. Work culture made by the seniors was what encouraged such toxicity. Salary is hand to mouth. Politics is unbearable. Work-life balance is terrible. In the seasons, you don't have any life. In a way, it's good that the company forces you to work and earn lakhs for the company, out of which you get a very small amount. So, that you don't spend that much on festivities and enjoy the material pleasures but save for a better life. But the contradiction is that you don't have a life while you're here.
