A management which will promise the moon and break all ethics to tell you that you are pathetic. They will change your role from what they promised, They will not pay salaries in time They will give joining bonus but ask you to leave before you get it When they ask you to leave - it will be in evening - saying that dont come from tomorrow. The company's founder must make a drastic changes and should remove unnecessary upper management employees asap.Unnecessary pressure from the higher management without any technical knowledge is a pain in head.Management should focus on strengthening ground operations and vendor relationship . Finance vertical is dull as hell ,no use of finance department.
