Director has some puppets which are having a high salary. There is no HR policy actually, the director is real HR, and all their HR sit in Kolkata but the main office exists in Delhi. For 9.5 hours, you need to sit because your timings noted down by the receptionist otherwise definitely, your half-day salary will deduct. All senior p ersons are puppets of directors except one and their technical knowledge is below college dropouts but all are licking that's why they are in good positions. They hire freshers with hidden terms & conditions and then if you want to leave the company, they will demand money or relieve you in more than six or seven years. no appraisal unless your bond will not complete. too much politics. no work-life balance - 9: 30 hours need to spend. all team members are helpful no job security - depends on your bond period. seniors have no technical knowledge.

1. Misbehaviour by higher management with the employees 2. Hire and Fire policy. 3. Un professional behaviour by the management. 4. Very poor working conditions. 5. 6 days working. 6. The HR is just a type writer. 7.Lot of Micro management by the management. 8. They do not trust their employees. 9. They work on pilot projects and yes they have two paid projects but there is no income from those projects. 10. The CMMI level 3 is achieved by paying money to some institute as the company do not follow the CMMI practices. 11.
