There is no growth here. No promotion and very bad appraisal, it's late and we don't get arrears also. No bonus also.. we don't get anything on time, be it salary or reimbursement or increment or bonus.

Lots of dislikes also there they must improve parking facilities and there is no enjoyment no team out only you need to work they don’t think about other than anything. Leave policy is bad.

After training they conduct the test in kotak be more app , there were many glitches in the app. Instead of blaming a team who came as a supervisor they prefer to make 10 people to resign and no clearance,not conduct mock calling ,in the job, calling was important they should make the decision on behalf of calling quality but without any reason after 35 days they make us to resign it was my first job and had a very bad experience...Read More

After Working for 35 days top management people forced 10 people out of 15 people batch. There is glitch in Kotak Securities assessment which made us forced to resign. Don't join this company.
