If you're looking to cleanse your soul from the sins of your past life, don't waste your time at any holy places- just join this company and everything will be wiped clean in no time. You will experience mental torture, a terrible work life balance and get paid peanuts for the nightmare you go through. Office Politics? Off the charts. They'll even judge you for the cloths you wear. The few decent managers who once existed are long gone, leaving the worst of the worst. You'll be left questioning your very existence-wondering how you ended up stuck in the miserable place. Irrelevant issues will constantly be shoved in your face, and blame-shifting is a daily dosage here. The company treats you like a slave, thinking that because they pay you, they can do whatever they want. Expect to be under insane pressure with no structure or process to back it up. Its is so evident that the number of people getting fired is higher than those who resign. Everything mentioned here is a harsh reality pointing to one and only person you know who. And trust me, the people reading this review are probably smiling because they've been or being through this already. Company will be never learn and it only focus on the money and income. Please let go off the people like HR-head and not those who work for the betterment of the company. I don't think the company has ever measured the Attrition rate, do that and you will realize where the problem is. Also I am very sure you will be given wrong data from HR because she only tells how much she has saved for the company and focus on her increment only. Please realize that because of that one person portraying wrong data and info to the MD, there is very bad name in the market which the company doesn't have a clue. Please do your market research as well. And now because of this review, the management will start guessing who is the person who gave this review, I will make it easy for you it is not the one who have left/let go within the span of last 1 year.
