No one seems to know exactly what they are doing here; while tasks are completed, they are not done in a productive manner. You'll never get the time to learn because you must complete work in just one day, even when the technology is new. As a result, you will never have the opportunity to fully contribute to projects. A company should aim for growth and success without sacrificing the well-being of its employees. Unfortunately, the management here appears solely focused on profits, often at the expense of employee health. I would never recommend this toxic workplace to anyone. Even if you don’t have other offers, it is best to avoid a company where only money matters. While the salary may be above market value, it feels like a trap. There’s favoritism in promotions and raises; only certain employees seem to benefit while others are left behind.
