Poor Management Worst work culture No clear leave policy Terminates employee if performance is not upto the mark. There is no career growth.

You can get opportunity to learn & working multiple network structure and scenario.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joiners. Even work culture and management is not good.

The job life is interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I tried to learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the sane team.

Very good culture, a great place to work. Management is also good and employee-friendly.

Dislikes

Here we use java 7 & spring 3.0, this is very bad to learn new technology.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
