Very less Salary. It's 8k per month for freshers. Lot of delay in hike. It will take 6 months to get the hike after they agree to give the hike. and the hike will be maximum 2k per month. I know people who work in this company having 5 plus years experience and getting 18k per month. And they tell us to travel to client location which will be in some remote areas. Hence you will get tired traveling in the Bangalore traffic. In simple. Join only if you think you don't get any better chance. Just imagine working on Saturdays and in the end you get 8k per month. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
