Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, they give good salaries and bonus every year.

Good Training is given in Company. Teammates are supportive. Got opportunity to learn new technologies.

My life in 21st Century was good. My career begins from here. In starting I got small training. I learned lots of new technologies at here. I was worked happily here.

Being small company one get exposure in almost all the areas. Developers may have to perform functional (onsite consultant) role. May help to improve functional knowledge. Even Developers may have to do frequently support. good to get experience in technical cum functional role

Dislikes

Project management was extremely weak. No exposure to new technologies. VB.net Windows application development. Work life balance is poor mainly due to improper project management. Favouratism to old employees and short term project focus leading to frustrating environment.
