20 50 health care is like a fraud they don't have proper plan to run bd, rbh smruti bal don't know how to talk with staffs, totally uneducated unprofessional & manner less. They give unachievable targets and will not give any support to you. Manager manoj panda always see his own benefits. Never join this company and regret. They will call you to office anytime, anytime means literally anytime and scold you for nothing. One of the worst company i've ever seen in my 8 years of career. they've no idea what they're doing. main thing this company is running under heavy heavy heavy loss but still hiring pharma guys with very high salary who have no idea about the home healthcare operations but no one cares for existing employees who are working sincerely by giving their blood and sweat...... their management is getting changed in every 2-3 months, basically IT guys seating at bhuvanesor, orissa are running this company, also salary comes on 10th of the month. seems like something fishy and mystery about this company....Read More
